I'm excited for the opportunity to chat with you and the team regarding the Senior Product Designer, Insurance Group at Headway.
Headway's mission to make mental healthcare more accessible through technology deeply resonates with me, and I am eager to contribute my experience in UX/UI design to help simplify the complexities of insurance and billing for patients and providers alike.
In my previous role at Hoverstate, I worked closely with the United Healthcare Small Business team in user research, implementing various growth experiments, and other updates to help ease small business owners search and buy health insurance for their employees. At Plate IQ, I designed solutions that streamlined financial processes for businesses, enhancing usability and reducing friction in high-stakes workflows. At Housecall Pro, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop features that simplified service-based business operations, ensuring a seamless connection between providers and their clients. These experiences have honed my ability to distill intricate systems into user-friendly experiences—an ability I believe aligns well with Headway’s goals.
Beyond my technical expertise, I thrive in collaborative environments where design, engineering, and product management meet to drive meaningful impact.
